It realizes the pipeline operation of performance inspection of sanitary ware, it consists
of testing device of appearance, leakage detect device, repair & fitting fix device, flow
& flush test device, packer, speed-fold conveyor, pallet lifting system of toilet, lifting &
package system of toilet.
By the application of program auto control, speed-fold chain, photoelectric tube
postioning, buzzer alarm, display of indicator, following function of sanitary ware could
bu tested within a settled cycle: inspection of glaze appearance, water flush, seal
performance at trap and air & water leakage. It owns the features of: a lower product
damage rates, labour intensity reducing, labour saving, work floor reducing, leakage
testing by vacuum method, and results auto-displayed etc.
